    Product Description

    The SFP-1020-WB is a 10G BiDirectional single strand multi-rate SFP+ transceiver using Tx:1330/Rx:1270nm wavelengths and reaching up to 20Km distance on 9/125um fiber. The module can be used for 10G Ethernet, SONET or SDH networks.The SFP-1020-WB must be paired with the SFP-1020-WA model to operate properly.

    BiDirectional transceivers, also named WDM, are increasingly popular on single-mode fiber deployments because of the sizeable savings available for the fiber plant.

    ROBOfiber transceivers have been tested for compatibility with a large variety of networking devices from well known brands like: Cisco, Juniper, Force10, Edge-Core, ZyXEL, D-Link and many others. The transceivers follow the industry standards of SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and SFF-8472, making them directly interchangeable with any networking device following industry standards.

      Lignt not reaching

      Upgraded to the 20kM SFP+ units due to distance between fiber switches. 10kM were not connecting even though the distance was less than 3 miles. 20kM fixed the problem.
